Description

Music In Hospitals & Care is a charity that improves the health and wellbeing of children and adults through the healing power of live music.
We are looking for people who will both support and challenge us, bringing new insights and energy to help us continue to deliver impact. We welcome applications from those who will bring fresh thinking and enthusiasm for our work, and we are looking to recruit individuals specifically with expertise in one of the following areas:

Music industry: You might be a professional musician or someone with management experience within the music sector. Your sector insights could help expand our network, grow partnerships and broaden our profile.

Fundraising: You might have experience in philanthropy and major donors or corporate partnerships. Your expertise could help us diversify our income in a sustainable way and realise the lifetime value of our current and prospective donors.

How to apply

It is an exciting time to join the Board of Music in Hospitals & Care, as we come to the end of a three year period of investment and hope to see the benefit of our new digital systems and changed ways of working. We believe this will help realise our long-term ambition that people in hospitals and care enjoy a better quality of life and improved health outcomes.

Joining our Board is an opportunity for strategically minded individuals to help shape our future. This is not just about how you can help us. It’s also about your personal growth and making a positive impact, contributing to a cause you are passionate about.

Please read our trustee recruitment pack for more information and submit your application by Sunday 10 May.
