And our mission, therefore, is to be the connector between the culture and business sectors; to enable, inspire and support exciting and mutually beneficial cross-sector relationships, to build knowledge, skills and support where they’re needed most, and to champion the impact and value of cultural experiences on all of our lives.
Designed to support innovative and mutually beneficial partnerships between culture and business organisations across the country and across the arts and heritage sectors, the C&BS Fund is an investment programme which receives direct investment from the Scottish Government.
This dynamic online forum allows business organisations to commission creative solutions, directly from arts and heritage organisations, to meet a range of corporate needs from staff wellbeing, productivity and innovation to community engagement and ESG targets.
From junior to mid-level to senior positions, and from intern to board opportunities, if you’re looking to work in the culture sector – or want to advertise a post in your organisation – this is the place to be. Applications and advertisements from both members and non-members of C&BS welcome!

When you picture the average boardroom, you might imagine a group of experienced professionals with long careers behind them – and of course, veterans in their fields have much to offer their respective boards.
