Charity governance has evolved significantly over recent years. With growing regulatory demands on not-for-profit organisations, and an increasingly difficult funding environment, it is more important now than it ever has been that trustees are on the same page.
As Scotland’s leading source of advice, guidance and support for culture organisation Boards, our bespoke offer provides an opportunity to take time out from day-to-day Board business and focus on key governance issues.
The Fundraising Launchpad is a new programme that has been designed to support organisations in the culture sector to develop their fundraising in a structured and affordable way.
We recognise that fundraising is often an acute challenge for small organisations in particular, where there is sometimes no dedicated fundraising resource, and limited capacity or budget for investment.
From ‘Individual Giving Essentials’ to ‘Prospect Research for Fundraising’, we can deliver a bespoke course for your team, ensuring they have the space to learn together.
We currently have over 200 members throughout Scotland, ranging from small not-for-profit organisations to large for-profit organisations working in the culture and business sectors.
