Have you got what it takes to steer us towards a brighter future? This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced business manager who will help us deliver a financially sustainable future.

This is a temporary position for 2 years, although, successful delivery of our recovery plan could lead to a longer term role.

You will be leading and developing a community focused creative Charity that contributes to the health, wellbeing, entertainment and education of people of all ages who live in the Cowal Peninsula and beyond. Previous charity experience is not essential, but you must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering business transformation.

Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be in early January 2026.
