Perth & KinrossPerth Theatre & Concert Hall is seeking a Director of Audience Development to join our Leadership Team.
We are seeking a driven yet collaborative leader to shape how we grow and deepen relationships with audiences, participants, supporters and communities. Bringing together audience development, marketing, communications, and fundraising, this is a significant senior role with the opportunity to make a tangible impact across one of Scotland’s leading cultural organisations.
Working closely with the Director and colleagues throughout the organisation, you will help us increase audience loyalty and attendance across our diverse programme; strengthen philanthropy, membership and other income generation; build deeper relationships with communities; and ensure audience and participant insight informs our future development.
You will lead our Marketing & Communications, Development and Perthshire Box Office teams, combining strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas into actions.
