Café/Bar Assistant

Tron Theatre are seeking to hire 6 Café/Bar Assistants for its Audience Operations department. This is a casual contracted position, with shifts allocated based on the company’s needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks to our customers, ensuring their comfort, providing exceptional service to our customers, managing sales, replenishing stock, and ensuring the smooth operation of the café/bar area. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and while an enthusiasm for the arts is desirable, it is not essential, making this role accessible to individuals from various backgrounds. You’ll be working alongside a team of talented individuals who share a love for the creative world.
