The Traverse Theatre is seeking three new Trustees who can bring complementary skills, experience & perspectives to our Board of Directors to support the next stage of the Traverse’s development.
We are particularly interested in people with experience in the following areas:
- Employment & HR management – experience that can support effective organisational development, people management & good employment practice;
- Financial management – experience in strategic financial modelling & commercial oversight with the ability to contribute to financial planning, income generation, risk management & long-term sustainability;
- Writing, directing or creative practice- A writer, director or creative practitioner working within new writing who can bring current sector insight & an understanding of creative practice.
