Leon Gray, Head of Ticketing and Audience Experience at the Edinburgh International Festival, will share his experiences of developing guardrails to guide colleagues on the safe use of AI at the Festival and share practical insights from the process.
You will also hear how the Festival team are using AI tools to generate ideas and support the delivery of specific projects.
This session is a follow-up to our 2025 Forum which explored how AI was powering cultural ambition to meet business innovation.
