The Traverse Theatre is looking for an experienced Co-ordinator & Director for its flagship Class Act programme to oversee the delivery of the project & provide effective leadership & efficient project management.
Typical duties include:
• Provide creative leadership & overall artistic direction for Class Act
• Project manage & oversee all aspects of producing Class Act
• Be responsible for the admin functions, including contracting artists, scheduling etc
• Train & provide line management to key freelance facilitators & artists
• Act as Safeguarding lead on the project
• Co-ordinate publication of Class Act play texts
• Curate the final performance schedule & act as Director to Class Act productions
• Manage the process & record-keeping of evaluation of Class Act
• Collaborate with relevant team members in completion of funding applications for Class Act
