EdinburghThe Traverse Theatre are looking for energetic, warm and friendly individuals to join our Front of House & Bar Team during the 2026 Edinburgh Festival Fringe period to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the best possible experience for all of our patrons.
Typical duties will include:
• Providing high standards of customer service at all times.
• Maintaining an inclusive and accessible environment for all patrons.
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient seating process and assisting audience members as appropriate.
• Managing queues and responding to customer queries.
• Serving drinks to audience members, processing payments, wiping down tables, restocking the bar area, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
• Clearing and maintaining Front of House and Bar areas.
Our ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and has a keen eye for detail. You’ll need to be confident thinking on your feet, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
