Tron Theatre have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Finance and Operations, playing a vital part in the development and implementation of the organisation’s strategy.

Working closely with the Artistic Director and senior management team, you will lead and shape organisational strategy and culture, as well as implement systems, solving operational problems and supporting colleagues across the organisation.
