The SNJO is looking for an enthusiastic Orchestra Manager to provide comprehensive day-to-day management and administrative support to the organisation, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of both the SNJO and their Youth Jazz Orchestra (TSYJO).

The role will suit an exceptionally organised and self-motivated individual with a passion for the Arts, in particular for Jazz. This wide-ranging role offers an outstanding opportunity for someone with the ambition to develop their career in the management of an Arts Organisation. All aspects of the discipline are covered in ensuring the smooth running of the organisation: helping to bring plans and projects to fruition, fundraising, finance, production, marketing and concert /tour management. As a public face and advocate for the orchestras, you will communicate well with trustees, musicians, guests and venues whilst welcoming existing and new audiences to ensure continued success of the orchestras.
