The role of Head of Engagement offers an exciting opportunity to lead Eden Court’s busy and diverse Engagement department. The role will be responsible for the ongoing successful delivery of the programme, whilst also shaping the future Engagement strategy, to ensure Eden Court continues to deliver an impactful and varied programme.

The Head of Engagement heads up a team of six salaried members, which is supported by number of freelance practitioners. The Head of Engagement is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team, working with the CEO and other Heads of Departments to develop and monitor Eden Court’s wider strategic plans.

JOB TITLE Head of Engagement

SALARY £38,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

RELOCATION A relocation allowance is available, where required

HOURS OF WORK 37.5 hours per week

CONTRACT TYPE Permanent

LOCATION Eden Court Highlands, Bishops Road, Inverness, IV3 5SA

LINE MANAGER(S) Chief Executive

PENSION Up to 6% Company contribution with the Peoples Pension

HOLIDAYS Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. Annual leave entitlement increases by one day for each year of continuous service, up to a maximum of 41 days.
