Project Management for CRM project. Responsibilities include:
Involvement in researching, shortlising and selecting a CRM service provider;
Work with the PS team to map existing workflows;
Work with the PS team to define the scope of the project and agree revised workflows within our selected CRM;
Work with selected provider and the PS team to fully scope and timetable our CRM migration project;
Allocation of project-related tasks & deadlines within the team (respecting their existing workloads);
Overall management of project, liaising with external provider and internal team to ensure project remains on time and on budget.
Anticipated scope: Five full days, followed by up to 20 half-days.
