Luminate, Scotland’s creative ageing organisation, is recruiting for an Administrative Officer. This new part-time role will provide high-quality administrative support for Luminate’s day-to-day operations, projects, and activities.
It has a broad remit and includes general office operations; providing support for Luminate projects, events, and activities; ensuring the smooth running of our banking and book-keeping; contributing to funding applications and reports; and playing an active role in our future development.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Excellent administrative, IT, and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Good attention to detail, ability to plan, and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Ability to form good working relationships, work independently, and as part of a team
Ability to treat sensitive information confidentially
Understanding of, and commitment to, diversity
An interest in the arts in community contexts

Hours: 17.5 hours per week; we operate a 35-hour week, so this equates to a 0.5 post.
