Federation of Scottish Theatre (FST) are seeking an Administration and Finance Assistant to provide financial and administrative support to the staff, ensuring smooth office routines and communications for the FST membership.
The Administration and Finance Assistant will provide financial and administrative support to the staff team and ensure both a smooth office routine and smooth communications for the FST membership. This covers the areas of finance and book-keeping, correspondence and communication, filing and database management, office management, event and meeting management, and FST strategy and team support.
They will work across six key areas:
Financial and book-keeping
Correspondence and communication
Filing and database management
Office management
Event and meeting management
FST strategy and team support
