Sponsorship Matters | Pricing and Contracting Sponsorships

Ever felt your partnership fees are too high? Or do you worry that you are underselling your organisation? You are not alone. Setting appropriate pricing for corporate partnerships is an enduring challenge for fundraisers.

Pricing isn’t a dark art, but more a case of sound financial management. Sponsorship expert Alice Samtoy gives you a great foundation for making informed decisions around working with potential new and existing corporate partners.

The session aims to provide participants with a solid understanding of pricing methodology. By the end of the session, attendees will feel positive about approaching pricing with confidence and clarity.

What will you learn?

Over this three-hour session, you’ll explore:

  • common myths about pricing
  • tangible vs intangible assets
  • resource management
  • value vs cost vs price
  • understanding cost-fee ratios
  • negotiating without devaluing
Who is it for?

Fundraisers seeking to gain deeper knowledge and skills in structuring and negotiating partnership fees. You’ll also learn how to go about putting together a sponsorship contract, including what to include and how to think through preparing one.

Essential for understanding sponsorship, and working with commercial partners, a genuinely useful few hours with no time wasted.
