Nominations are now open for the Arts & Business Scotland Awards 2013.

The winners will be announced at an Awards ceremony and dinner in the Music Hall Aberdeen on Wednesday 30 October 2013.

Sponsorship partnerships that took place between 1 April 2012 and 31 March 2013 are able to enter.

Our experienced independent panel of Judges will be chaired by Lucy Bird, Board Member Arts & Business Scotland and other judges include Robert Collier, Chief Executive, Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce and Bryan Donaghey, Managing Director, Diageo Scotland. Further judges will be announced soon.

The categories in this year’s Awards open to nomination are:

  • Community Award
  • Young People and the Arts Award sponsored by Accenture Scotland
  • Small Business Award sponsored by Black Light
  • New Sponsor Award sponsored by Freight Design and J Thomson Colour Printers
  • Sustained Partnership Award sponsored by Baillie Gifford Investment Managers
  • Cultural Branding Award sponsored by Shell U.K. Limited

In addition there will be further Awards that will have separate nomination processes and will have separate nomination processes.

  • Museum Award sponsored by Museums Galleries Scotland
  • Leadership Award sponsored by Chevron Upstream Europe
  • The City of Aberdeen Award sponsored by Aberdeen City Council

Arts organisations or businesses that would like to enter the Arts & Business Scotland Awards should visit www.aandbscotland.org.uk/2012-aandampb-scotland-awards/ for guidelines and nomination forms.  The deadline for nominations is 5pm, Friday 10 May 2013.
