Business needs served:

  • Supporting innovation, creative thinking and problem solving in the workplace
  • Supporting teambuilding and improving dynamics in the workplace
  • Improving staff health and wellbeing

Write Now at the Traverse is a bespoke creative workshop designed to build understanding between employees, enabling them to explore team dynamics and share their experiences in a supportive environment.

Taking part in a half or full-day session with the Traverse, your group will work with a professional theatre maker to collaborate on creating your own business story led by a series of creative prompts by guest artists. Your story could be a play, a poem, or a song – whatever you like!

Evidence suggests that employees who are less stressed, will engage and perform better, experience less burnout, and stay with an organisation longer. Founded on 60 years of successful projects with various sectors and audiences, Write Now at the Traverse can support your businesses to build trust and understanding among staff, and improve mental health and wellbeing by developing communication skills, promoting teamwork and unlocking creativity.

To round off your day’s workshop, you can choose to stay with us for the evening’s performance here, providing your team with a full theatrical experience!
