Going for gold – securing business sponsorships from start to finish (Level 2)

Mihaela Bodlovic, 2019

This two-session consolidation course, led by Alice Samtoy, provides comprehensive training to deepen your knowledge of corporate fundraising. (Previously called Corporate Partnerships Training – Level 2).

This practical training course will equip you with critical skills for sponsorship, including effective prospecting, aligning your pitch and delivering a partnership ready for renewal, by addressing the following topics:

  • Building targeted pipelines
  • Effective prospect management
  • Cultivating relationships
  • Valuing your assets
  • Developing sponsor-centric proposals
  • Pricing and negotiation
  • Launching for success
  • Account management for renewal

By the end of the course, you’ll have a new toolkit of key skills, tactics and knowledge to support your corporate fundraising, all the way from prospecting to renewal, giving you the resources you need to build strong and lasting relationships.

Ideal if… you are already a fundraiser in the cultural sector, delivering sponsorship in particular, and looking to develop your skills. You may have attended the Level 1 course and be looking for the next step.

Do it! So practical and enough information that you would have the confidence to start approaching potential sponsors straight away.
